Program Guidelines and Information

1. Registration

Once accepted into the program, families must complete the online enrollment process through Ellensburg School District.

2. Program Dates & Times

Students attend school September through June.

• AM Class – Ages 3 & 4: 3 hours/day, 3 days/week (Mon, Tue, Thu), 8:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
• AM ECEAP Class – Ages 3 & 4: 3 hours/day, 4 days/week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 8:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
• PM Class – Ages 4 & 5: 3 hours/day, 4 days/week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 12:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.

3. Age Requirements

• Children must be 3, 4, or 5 years old.
• Children must be 3 years old by August 31 of the school year they will attend.
• Children who are 5 years old must not be eligible for kindergarten unless prior approval is granted by the Assistant Director of Early Learning and Student Success.

4. Tuition & Fees

• $75 non-refundable enrollment fee required to reserve a spot.
• Tuition (Sept 1, 2024 – May 1, 2025):
  • AM Class: $315/month
  • PM Class: $420/month
• $10 late fee if payment not received by the 5th of the month.
• Students may be removed if tuition is more than two weeks late.
• Tuition assistance slots may be available.
